E-papirna izdanja su tačne digitalne kopije štampanih publikacija DTI. Čitaoci mogu da pretražuju i da se kreću kroz e-papir, kao i da preuzimaju i štampaju stranice za čitanje van mreže. Kako bismo promovirali široku diseminaciju među našim međunarodnim čitateljima, pristup većini e-radova je besplatan.
